Cantaloupe, chorizo and artichoke salad with tarragon
Fresh Italian bread with cold pressed olive oil and Balsamic vinegar for dipping

Dinner
“Onion Bhajis”
Indian inspired deep fried onion fritters will a rich tomato chili dipping sauce

Ginger jalapeño tuna steaks
Spanish yellow rice
Dill tequila carrots
Pumpkin cumin mash
Tortillas and salsa picante

Pear tart with a citron sorbet

Served with Mexican beer (Pacifico, Corona, Tecate)
