Fragrant Jasmine rice simmered with coconut cream topped with boneless grilled chicken thigh fillets and arnished with a chiffonade of sweet basil leaves.
Lemon Sorbet

Sunset Cocktails
Sun dried tomato hummus with pita bread
Cucumber with yogurt and mint

Dinner
Spinach roti rolled around a potato and pea curry served with mango chutney
Fresh succulent bay scallops marinated in a lime chili dressing

“Nori and Red Pepper Salmon”
Pan seared fresh salmon fingers rolled in seaweed, sea salt and red pepper
Butternut Squash Risotto
Ratatouille

Pavlova garnished with whipped cream strawberries, kiwifruit, blueberries

Red/white wine of choice
